Tom’s a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and holds Responsible Individual (RI) status with extensive experience delivering audit and assurance services to owner-managed businesses, large corporates, and international groups, including UK subsidiaries of global entities and private equity-backed businesses, across a broad range of industries and sectors including pharmaceuticals, technology, wholesale and retail and sports and entertainment.
With a background in both mid-market and Big Four firms, Tom blends this experience on both national and international assignments, with specialist knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and group audit requirements.
Tom brings a commercially aware, outward-facing approach to client delivery — supporting finance leaders through the audit process while helping identify practical improvements across financial reporting and internal controls.
He’s passionate about maintaining high audit quality and is actively involved in enhancing TC Group’s use of audit technology to improve both quality and the client experience. His broad portfolio exposure enables him to benchmark best practices and provide insights that help businesses manage risk, meet stakeholder expectations, and support strategic goals.

Shaun has over 30 years’ experience working in accountancy and tax, joining the TC Group over four years ago. Shaun specialises in the agricultural sector but has several clients in the entertainment field.
He has a hands on, down to earth approach with clients, which he sees as vital in the ever-more digital world.

Ross is a Chartered Tax Advisor in our Gateshead office specialising in personal tax clients and owner-managed businesses.
Audit Senior
Sabeeh is based at our Derby office as an Audit Senior, he brings with him over four and a half years of audit experience gained at one of the ‘Big Four’ firms.
He is currently studying towards his ACA qualification and has worked across a wide range of sectors, developing a strong technical foundation and a keen eye for detail.
Sabeeh is passionate about delivering high-quality audit services and will be a valuable addition to our growing team, complementing our continued success.
Client Manager
George is a Client Manager who supports owner-managed and privately owned businesses with management accounts, financial reporting, year-end accounts, corporation tax and VAT compliance. He helps clients understand key performance indicators, monitor business performance and use timely management information to identify challenges and opportunities for growth.
He has particular sector experience in telecoms, estate agents, pharmaceuticals and professional services. He also supports businesses with Xero, cloud accounting and outsourced finance processes, combining practical commercial advice with coordinated client delivery and the development of junior team members.

Ian has over 20 years of experience leading digital transformation across different sectors, including many private equity-backed companies.
As Chief Digital Information & AI Officer, Ian works across the TC Group so that we apply the best of digital technology with Innovation, including AI, to provide evolving and differentiated services in our sector.
