Personal Tax Manager
Vikki’s a Personal Tax Manager at our Diss and Great Yarmouth offices preparing tax returns for individuals, sole traders, and trusts together with the odd set of annual accounts if needed.
Vikki previously worked in the Trust department for another accountancy firm for over 21 years preparing trust and estate returns, annual accounts, arranging payments, dealing with tax pools, setting up and designing cash flow and budget reports for clients.
Audit Manager
Patrick’s an Audit Manager from our Colchester City Centre office. Patrick maintains extensive knowledge of current Audit issues and specialises within the Construction, Hospitality, and Retail sectors. Working closely with the Partners, he ensures a smooth and stress-free Audit process from start to finish whilst maintaining the highest standards.
Patrick enjoys skiing, shooting, rugby, good food and great wine. He also enjoys spending time with friends and family in his spare time.
Client Manager
Tim’s a Client Manager based in our Colchester City Centre office. He’s part of the Audit and Accounts team in August 2020, having gained 30 years’ experience working in accounting practices. Specialising specifically in Charity Audits and Accounts, he works closely with all his clients to maintain the consistently high standard of work provided here.
Tim’s a father to three children, who keep him on his toes which helps with his running hobby and spends most Sundays on the side-lines of a football pitch.

Barinder joined TC Group in 2024 as Head of Audit, with 30 years’ experience in audit quality, risk management and is eager to help shape the future of our audit service.
Barinder has a proven track record in leading initiatives to improve audit culture, enhance methodology, elevating audit quality, embedding professional scepticism, delivering training, driving digital transformation all whilst ensuring compliance.

Tim’s a partner in the TC SWP office in Croydon, providing clients with Tax, Accounting and Audit services. Tim has a wide ranging client base with particular focus on the property and service sector.

Patrick oversees the tax team at TC SWP but also has a background in Audit and general practice. He particularly enjoys working with his clients in the motorsports, marketing, and Not for Profit sectors.

He specialises in supporting the recruitment sector, focusing on volume workforce management, and delivering tailored financial and accounting services.
Jacques background also includes working with high-net-worth individuals, import, distribution and retail sectors, and B2B tech support.

James’s ability to provide critical insights make him an invaluable asset on any audit assignment.
Aside from this Audit Partner duties, James is a seasoned corporate finance professional assisting clients on both the buy side and sell side of transactions, and holds the ICAEW CF designation. James is adept at providing commercial and pragmatic advice in the deal arena.
