Although he’s not that old, he’s been advising owner-managed businesses for 35 years, specialising in tax for the last 30.

With a career spanning over two decades in practice, she advises and supports a wide range of owner managed businesses with accountancy, tax, and their wider business challenges.

His role means he’s constantly shaping our business’s identity whilst fostering a thriving, collaborative work environment.

Chris has over 15 years experience in Personal Tax, dealing with all aspects of Self Assessment and Capital Gains Tax.

Chris has extensive experience in all aspects of accountancy, finance and taxation and supports a wide spectrum of businesses.

A commercial advisor with over 40 years’ experience, David’s built strong relationships across many sectors. Owner managed businesses and high-net work individuals trust David’s advice and guidance, and his client base rely on him as a dependable, expert sounding board.

Leading our VAT and customs advisory services, he advises CFOs, FDs, and business owners on critical issues where practical solutions need to be found and successfully implemented.

David also works with a wide variety of businesses, from start-ups through to international groups – including private equity houses, property developers and investors.

David’s wide range of experience enables him to give strategic tax advice and general commercial advice to individuals as well as small and large companies alike.

As a qualified Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor with more than 30 years’ experience, Debbie supports owner managed businesses plan for the future in a commercial and tax-efficient manner, from both a personal and business point of view.

With over a decade of experience, Emma’s committed to developing, improving, and growing TC Group’s Audit & Assurance service offering.

Graeme leads our TC Group Kent clients in the Third Sector, Sustainability, and Data/Business Intelligence. He’s an experienced Financial Director who supports clients with all of their strategic objectives. Graeme also leads and delivers approved Strategic Finance courses.

Hannah works in both Accounts and Audit at our London – TC Citroen Wells offices, and gets involved in bespoke client projects, due diligence assignments, and report writing.

Henry’s also a member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners.

James also has solid experience with start ups, growth with equity investment, through to advising on business sales and Inheritance Tax planning matters.

With a keen focus on assisting business owners, Jim’s dedicated to helping them optimise their time and resources. By empowering entrepreneurs to gain clarity in their business strategies, Jim propels them towards achieving their personal goals.

Jordan’s client base is predominantly SME’s, for which he enjoys sitting with his clients to understand and advise on their business from the bottom up.

Josh works with a wide range of clients ranging from small owner managed businesses, to complex groups and audit clients. Josh’s background in agriculture helps us service our agricultural clients in Lincolnshire.

She works with her clients helping them to understand the results of their businesses and planning for the future. Katie’s main client base are owner managed Limited companies but she also works with some larger clients, with one in particular listed on the Swedish Stock Exchange.

He works with a wide range of clients throughout the UK and abroad, assisting partnerships, companies, and individuals with their accounting and tax affairs and helping them to start up, plan, and mitigate tax liabilities more effectively.

Kim specialises in businesses regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), property companies, retail clients and owner-managed companies in the SME sector.

His experience in cloud accounting software’s helped businesses achieve further efficiencies with their bookkeeping processes, developing better systems. He also provides on-going support to clients and conducts training on all cloud accounting solutions to both individuals and businesses who see the benefits in migrating their existing accounting systems to a cloud platform.

Marie manages a large portfolio of clients, ranging from small owner managed businesses to large group companies.

Mark also provides CF transaction support services for clients and financial institutions.

He’s also a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT) and specialises in providing innovative solutions to tax problems.

Mark’s client base is predominantly corporate with a strong bias towards audit and advisory.

Maxine’s especially interested in assisting clients with tax planning – in particular, inheritance tax.

She’s had a long involvement with the London Society of Chartered Accountants (LSCA), having run the monthly South-West London tax discussion group for several years and sat on the LSCA taxation committee.

During that time, he’s built up many long-standing client relationships and has advised clients throughout their business development.

Throughout his years, he’s provided friendly advice to a range of small businesses and family trading companies.

Neil also has plenty of experience working with both large and listed corporate groups.

He calls on extensive experience of compliance and structuring – both UK and with an international flavour – in advising individuals, businesses, and trusts.

He strikes a balance between technical expertise and commercial empathy, priding himself on the minimal contact his clients have with the revenue authorities. He sits on the Taxation Panel of the Bar Council.

She’s a Chartered Tax Advisor and her client base’s predominantly private clients offering advice on Personal Tax, Inheritance Tax, Trusts, and Capital Gains Tax.

With over 12 years’ experience, he assists business owners with their accounting, tax, and general business affairs, with the aim of fostering future growth.

He brings a wealth of experience and expertise, overseeing TC Group’s operational strategies and technological advancements to drive efficiency and maximise productivity for our teams and clients alike.

He looks after a varied client base including an Audit portfolio and assisting owner managed businesses and family-run companies throughout their lifecycle across a variety of sectors.

He has a particular interest and is experienced in dealing with clients engaged in the Property & Construction and Agriculture sectors.

A Partner for 30 years, Simon has extensive experience across sectors, working with owner managed companies on all aspects of their business.

As an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Simon has the expertise and experience supporting clients with a wide range of taxation matters.

He heads both the department dealing with the affairs of authors and other creative artists, as well as the department dealing with the Accounts and Audit of Charities.

He also has expertise in a number of other areas, including property investment and development companies, UK trusts, personal income tax and owner-managed businesses.

Stephen’s approach is very much hands-on and he enjoys working closely with all his clients to ensure their expectations and requirements are fully met.

Trevor advises on corporate tax matters for large and owner managed businesses, and represents TC Group on the BOKS International Tax Group.

Trevor specialises in  corporate reorganisations, acquisitions and disposals, employee share incentive arrangements, patent box, corporate debt and interest rate restrictions, and cross-border taxation.

Denise has dealt with all aspects of both solvent and insolvent corporate liquidations for around 16 years.

He’s a member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association and is based in our Peterborough and Baldock offices.

He provides advice and support to business owners on Succession Planning, Mergers & Acquisitions, Fundraising, and Valuations.

Aaron’s able to look at both company and personal assets to plan for the future.

She spent many years advising under the banner of one of the world’s largest banks and made the move in 2015 to becoming independent in terms of providing advice.

Advising on and seeing clients achieve their objectives’ what drives her, and she’s worked with many of her clients for a number of years acting for not only them both on a business and personal side but also their children and other family members. She enjoys building long term, trusted relationships with those she works with.

Having worked in the financial services industry for over 35 years, she has a wealth of technical and product knowledge. Cheryl’s also Chartered Insurance Institute Diploma qualified.

He’s a Chartered Member and Regional President of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments, and affiliated to both the Personal Finance Society and Chartered Insurance Institute.

He’s also a military veteran and former Special Constable.

Sam returned to financial services in 2017 and upskilled to focus on providing protection and specialist mortgage advice to clients, their employees, as well as their friends and families.

Wendy’s also Head of HR Client Advisory for our clients in London and South, supporting businesses across a range of industries in getting the best out of their people.

With a background in engineering, manufacturing, and operations management, he’s committed to supporting innovative businesses to maximise their entitlement under the R&D tax credits scheme and other innovation reliefs.

He provides an efficient and effective commercial and transaction advisory service across a range of industries and sectors – covering Corporate Finance, PE/VC, M&A, Joint Ventures, Commercial Contracts, and Energy Projects.

As a fully qualified Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, Tom delivers first-class property advice and support to business owners and investors.

He brings over 25 years’ industry experience and has successfully developed a well-respected, trusted and award-winning Service Charge team that’s committed to supporting landlords, managing agents, housing associations, and residents across the UK.
