He leverages his experience as a business owner to advise other business owners and thrives as a quasi-FD for entrepreneurial clients who lack that function, as well as using his experience to provide a valuable sounding-board to more sophisticated clients.  He learns something new every day and everyday has something new to offer.

Martin says “The buzz comes from the continuous challenge of successfully running our practices alongside working with interesting and varied clients with ever evolving needs. This leads to no two days being the same. Having a fantastic team to work with and depend on for our continued growth, makes it all worthwhile.”

A keen pilot away from work, Martin would happily be found soaring above the clouds when he isn’t enjoying time with his family or supporting Nottingham Forest.

She now enjoys the varied role that being Office Manager brings; key roles being front of house reception, meeting and greeting visitors and all office administration duties.

She’s looking forward to contributing to the firm and growing professionally within the field of audit.

Mimosa is dedicated to supporting our clients and enhancing our financial operations making her a valuable addition to our team.

She joined the firm as Tax Senior in October 2019 and her role involves preparing Tax Returns and P11D’s.

She is a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians and the Association of Accounting Technicians. Through her varied taxation role, Rachel has gained valuable experience and continues to expand her overall tax knowledge with a particular interest in Trusts and Estates.

He brings a fresh perspective to enhance business controls and supports clients across various sectors, with a particular focus on manufacturing.

Lisa’s role involves managing the marketing activity of the Nottingham and Derby offices, working closely with our directors and focusing on the promotion of our business.

James is now responsible for the overall strategy of TC Farnell Clarke, ensuring the business maintains it’s reputation for excellent levels of client service, whilst being a great place to work.

She’s passionate about harnessing cutting-edge technology to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and develop scalable, repeatable solutions.

Alongside her transformation work, Frances plays a vital role in business development, driving growth and strengthening relationships. She’s also committed to continuous improvement, refining client experience, delivery processes, and team development to ensure TC Farnell Clarke remains at the forefront of innovation in financial services.

This led to Farnell Clarke being one of the first 100%-cloud practices in the world.

Will now uses the experiences acquired as a tech-driven firm to support other firms moving to a digital-based strategy. He’s regarded as one of the UK’s foremost thought leaders and speakers on accounting tech and the changing landscape and environment currently driving the accounting profession.

Will is author of ‘The Digital Firm’, and ‘The Human Firm’ blueprints for digital transformation and enhanced client experience within an accounting firm and is a regular engaging speaker and advocate for some of the leading UK and global accounting tech brands.
