Ian’s the client relationship manager for a significant portfolio of clients delivering both compliance and advisory services, helping clients to grow their businesses and leverage value. Ian oversees the workflow through TC Leonherman, and has overall responsibility for service delivery in conjunction with his first line reporting managers.
Jerry Scriven

Jerry brings a wealth of experience from both industry and practice in the Corporate Finance field, supporting clients with an extensive exit planning programme including capital and equity financing, and sourcing interested parties for a business sale as necessary.
Jerry leads on all types of M&A transactions including MBOs, EOBs, joint ventures and restructuring/reorganisations to improve profitability for a business or to allow them to adapt to changing market conditions.

Jo has an extensive background in the professional services field, in both the legal and accountancy sectors, and has held roles focused on people and practice management for over 15 years.
In her role at TC Leonherman, Jo’s responsible for all people management and regulatory compliance, and works closely with the Director of Client Services supporting the delivery of fees and operational targets. Jo also manages the Business’ administrative support team with overall responsibility for IT and data management, and credit control.
