Allison specialises in the delivery of external audit, accountancy and Virtual Finance Director (VFD) services across a range of sectors. With a keen interest in advising not-for-profit organisations and owner-managed businesses, Allison combines technical expertise built up over 25 years with genuine care for the people behind each organisation – offering practical advice that makes a real difference.

She enjoys helping business owners, leadership teams & Trustees make sense of their finances, turning complex figures into clear insights that support confident decision-making and strong financial governance.
Carole Connor
Tax Partner
Carole’s a Tax Partner with over 25 years’ experience advising clients on the tax implications of a broad range of commercial issues including restructuring, transaction planning and succession, balancing the needs and objectives of the business with the aspirations of its owners.
Looking after a portfolio of owner-managed businesses and private clients, Carole deals with all aspects of private client and company taxation and has also developed specialisms in the Creative Industries Tax Reliefs and HMRC Investigations and Disclosures.
David Jeffcoat

David’s based in Edinburgh and is a Partner at TC Group. With over 20 years’ experience, David specialises in working with charities and small businesses.
David’s a registered Auditor with a portfolio of audit clients throughout Scotland as well as providing accounting, advisory and support services to a variety of organisations. He’s also a Trustee of a national music charity working with disabled artists.
Kevin Booth
Partner
Kevin provides Audit and general Accounts compliance services to a diverse client base operating all over the UK. His extensive experience allows him to provide business advice to his clients and assist them in strategic planning and development.
He believes it’s important to maintain close contact with his clients throughout the year to ensure he has a deep understanding of their issues.
Kevin was previously Chair of the ACCA Scotland Committee.
Steven Cunningham
Partner
Steven specialises in both external and internal Audit. He’s amassed a wealth of experience in a range of sectors including Credit Unions, investment companies and Housing Associations.
Steven’s also served as a committee member on both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland’s (ICAS) Accounting Standards Committee and their Investigation Committee. He’s the technical lead at TC Alexander Sloan.
