   Elizabeth’s an FCA and FCCA qualified Associate Director in our Norwich office. She spends a lot of time being a sounding board for clients to discuss and define their financial priorities and then helping them meet their financial goals. This applies just as much to personal tax advice as to business accounting and strategy.

   As well as a “hands on” approach with business owners and wealthy individuals, Elizabeth’s also Auditor for large companies so sees business from many angles. She also looks after a number of overseas companies helping them with the maze of UK compliance.

   The wide variety of her role as well as the longevity of her client relationships is what she finds most rewarding.

   Gemma Hall

   Accounts Manager

   Norwich

   Gemma’s an Accounts Manager based in our Norwich office and is FCCA. She manages a client portfolio consisting of personal tax clients and owner managed businesses from a variety of different sectors, involving personal taxes, business taxes and VAT.

   Gemma takes a keen interest in her clients’ business activities and focuses on developing close and trusted professional relationships. She aims to be accessible to clients and to be there to provide the routine advice when needed. Gemma qualified as a Certified Chartered Accountant in 2006.

   Kirstie Mills

   Payroll Senior

   Diss, Norwich, Great Yarmouth

   Kirstie’s an ACIPP qualified payroll technician with the CIPP, and has been with TC Group Diss for three years processing Payroll and managing Workplace Pension requirements for monthly payroll clients.

   Mark Snell

   Associate

   Norwich

   Mark’s an Associate based in our Norwich office and is FCCA qualified. He works primarily with owner managed businesses helping his team to deliver a full variety of services to them including accounts, taxation, VAT and payroll.

   Being so closely involved with all aspects of a client’s business helps Mark build a good relationship with his clients to help them during the various stages of their business from start up through to exit planning. Therefore, he’s passionate about helping his clients achieve their personal and business goals.

   Mary Channell

   Payroll Associate

   Diss, Norwich, Great Yarmouth

   Mary has over 20 years experience in working with local companies providing payroll support, and is an ACIPP qualified payroll technician with the CIPP and an accredited user with Quickbooks and Xero.

   Read more

   At TC Group Diss, Mary manages the payroll department, and looks after the majority of our construction industry and Workplace Pension enquiries.

   Matthew Neale

   Partner

   Norwich, Diss, Great Yarmouth, Colchester City Centre

   Matthew is a FCA qualified Partner with over 20 years’ experience supporting business owners to grow, improve profitability, and make confident financial decisions. First qualifying in 2001, his career began in audit before progressing into senior leadership roles within practice.

   As Partner, Matthew leads a number of offices in TC Group’s East Anglia region, overseeing offices in Diss, Norwich (City Centre), Great Yarmouth, and Colchester (City Centre). He works closely with owners of small and medium-sized businesses, helping them identify opportunities to save tax, streamline processes, and put stronger financial structures in place so they can focus on running and growing their businesses.

   Matthew is particularly passionate about supporting local business owners with practical, forward-thinking advice, going beyond compliance to provide clarity, efficiency, and long-term value. Alongside his client work, he plays a key role in driving the strategic growth of TC Group across East Anglia. Under his leadership, the region has expanded to four offices and a team of over 80 people.

   With experience across a broad range of sectors, Matthew has a deep understanding of the commercial pressures businesses face and is committed to continually enhancing TC Group’s service offering through tailored, specialist support designed around each client’s needs.

   Outside of work, Matthew enjoys riding trials motorbikes and competing in off-road events whenever time allows.

   Rebecca Body

   Accounts Assistant Manager

   Norwich

   Rebecca’s an ACCA qualified Accounts Assistant Manager based in our Norwich office. Having joined after graduating from the University of Lincoln with an Accountancy and Finance degree, she then worked towards her ACCA qualification and qualified in 2022.

   Read more

   Her role includes working on a variety of different jobs including VAT returns, personal tax return and annual accounts. She’s looking to start her CTA qualification shortly.

   Sam Smith

   Company Secretarial Senior Manager

   Norwich, Diss, Great Yarmouth

   Sam’s a Company Secretarial Senior Manager based in our Diss, Norwich, and Great Yarmouth offices.

   Sam’s responsibilities include managing the Company Secretarial service offered to clients as well as managing the set-up of new clients and acting as personnel contact for employees.

   Simonetta Castellano

   Partner

   Norwich, Diss, Great Yarmouth

   Simonetta graduated in Business Finance and Economics from the University of East Anglia (Bsc Hons) and is an FCA qualified Chartered Accountant. Simonetta has worked in practice in the UK as a Manager, with extensive experience in accounting (UK GAAP), auditing and tax for owner-managed businesses.

   Simonetta is fluent in English and Italian.

   As East Anglia’s Audit Director, Simonetta’s role involves managing the Audit team and liaising with the portfolio of Audit clients to ensure legislative requirements, quality, and service levels are met.

    Stephen Matthews

    Stephen graduated in Business Economics in 2001 from Aberystwyth University. He’s a part of the ICAEW with over 20 years of experience.

    Stephen enjoys cycling, snowboarding, and keeping fit.

    Summer Blazey

    Accounts Assistant Manager

    Norwich

    Summer’s an Accounts Assistant Manager based in our Norwich office. After studying for her A Levels at City of Norwich Sixth form, she started her career in accountancy.

    In June 2014, Summer started her apprenticeship and was awarded my AAT Professional Diploma in March 2018. She’s currently studying to become a chartered accountant with ACCA, which she’s now over half way. She has her own portfolio of clients, which she enjoys working closely with.
