Emily Bradshaw’s an ACA-qualified accountant and joins us as an Accounts Senior, bringing a strong blend of academic excellence and practical experience to our team. A First-Class graduate in Accounting and Finance from Nottingham Trent University, Emily combines technical expertise with a proactive, client-focused approach.
Before joining TC Group, Emily honed her skills at a Top 10 firm, where she developed a solid foundation in financial reporting, tax compliance, and client advisory services. Emily’s passionate about supporting clients with tailored financial solutions, with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for helping clients succeed, she brings energy and expertise to our growing team.

Rosemary Anderson
Tax Partner
As a qualified chartered accountant and a chartered tax advisor with over 30 years’ experience in both industry and the profession, Rosemary’s a specialist in all areas of tax with a wide variety of experience working with entities ranging from owner-managed businesses to PE-backed corporate groups.
Rosemary advises on the tax aspects of re-organisations, mergers and de-mergers, EIS investment schemes and EMI share schemes amongst others.
As part of her full service offering, Rosemary also works with business owners and wealthy individuals offering bespoke personal tax advice on matters including share ownership, trusts, capital gains and inheritance tax and she enjoys working with families to ensure tax is considered in their succession planning.

Payroll Senior
Kirstie’s an ACIPP qualified payroll technician with the CIPP, and has been with TC Group Diss for three years processing Payroll and managing Workplace Pension requirements for monthly payroll clients.
Mary Channell
Payroll Associate
Mary has over 20 years experience in working with local companies providing payroll support, and is an ACIPP qualified payroll technician with the CIPP and an accredited user with Quickbooks and Xero.
At TC Group Diss, Mary manages the payroll department, and looks after the majority of our construction industry and Workplace Pension enquiries.
Zoe Hope

Zoe joined our firm in 2025. She has over 30 years’ experience from an Office Supervisor/PA/Secretarial background within accountancy. Her varied role involves Company Secretarial duties and the day to day running of the office, along with all other administration duties.
Will Haselden

Will is TC Leonherman’s Technical Development Lead, with a keen interest in technology for businesses and supporting clients with applications that build on their accounting software to bring added value and measurable performance.
Will works closely with our advisory services clients, providing value adding commentary for their management reporting to support real time decision making.

Ian’s the client relationship manager for a significant portfolio of clients delivering both compliance and advisory services, helping clients to grow their businesses and leverage value. Ian oversees the workflow through TC Leonherman, and has overall responsibility for service delivery in conjunction with his first line reporting managers.

Jo has an extensive background in the professional services field, in both the legal and accountancy sectors, and has held roles focused on people and practice management for over 15 years.
In her role at TC Leonherman, Jo’s responsible for all people management and regulatory compliance, and works closely with the Director of Client Services supporting the delivery of fees and operational targets. Jo also manages the Business’ administrative support team with overall responsibility for IT and data management, and credit control.

Alison leads the TC Letchworth, Cambridge and Huntingdon Owner Managed Business Department and her extensive career equips her with the knowledge and skills to support ambitious business owners across various industries.
As a Chartered Tax Advisor and a Fellow Member of ICAEW, Alison’s adept at offering proactive and strategic tax advice on complex transactions, ensuring clients receive tailored and effective solutions.
Her ability to demystify complex tax issues has earned her strong, trusting relationships with her clients. Alison’s approachable and clear communication style makes navigating the intricacies of tax planning and decision-making more accessible for business owners.
As an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) expert and knowledgeable in share option schemes, including EMI, Alison’s diverse expertise and approachable manner make her a key member of our team, guiding clients through the nuances of growth and tax planning.
James Price

James is an Audit Partner and plays a crucial role in providing assurance on a business’s performance and position. Audits are not only beneficial in providing insights into a company’s inner workings, but also help identify areas for improvement, enable informed decision-making, and strengthen stakeholder confidence.
James’s ability to provide critical insights make him an invaluable asset on any audit assignment.
Aside from this Audit Partner duties, James is a seasoned corporate finance professional assisting clients on both the buy side and sell side of transactions, and holds the ICAEW CF designation. James is adept at providing commercial and pragmatic advice in the deal arena.
