How we bring ESG to life
Our Environmental and Sustainability Policy sets out our view in respect of People, Planet and Profit. It also documents our sustainability targets and frameworks, which we review against best practice regularly.
In 2025, TC Group established our ESG Forum, bringing together ‘Champions’ from TC offices nationwide. Meeting quarterly, the Group shares ideas, aligns activity, and drives meaningful progress across the business.
