   Caroline’s a qualified FCCA and MAAT qualified Accounts Manager at our Diss office. She joined in 2005 as a Trainee accountant and qualified AAT in 2008, therefore ACCA qualified in 2011 and is now a Client Manager.

   Caroline has a broad range of clients and has knowledge of Accounts, Corporation Tax, Personal Tax and VAT.

   Izzy Malak

   Tax Manager

   Izzy’s a CTA qualified Tax Manager based in our East Anglia offices. Izzy previously worked for another accountancy firm for 6 years in the Corporate Tax team, with a specialism on tax due diligence work and advising owner managed businesses.

   Kate Martin-Smith

   Accounts Assistant Manager

   Kate’s an FCCA qualified Accounts Assistant Manager based in our Diss office. She’s also ACCA qualified and has been working as an Accountant for almost 20 years. With experience regarding everything from payroll to large audits, Kate has a wide range of knowledge she brings to our clients.

   Kate specialises in sole trader and limited company accounts and tax. She also regularly sets up Cloud-based bookkeeping systems for clients and is really enthusiastic about developing ways to make the bookkeeping work more efficiently whilst helping business owners understand how to use and utilise these systems.

   Kimberley Kerry

   Business Services Assistant Manager

   Kim’s a Business Services Assistant Manager from our Diss office. Kim helps clients with their bookkeeping needs on a regular basis using a variety of Cloud Accounting software solutions as well as associated apps and enhancements. She studied the AAT bookkeeping qualification in her own time.

   Kirstie Mills

   Payroll Senior

   Kirstie’s an ACIPP qualified payroll technician with the CIPP, and has been with TC Group Diss for three years processing Payroll and managing Workplace Pension requirements for monthly payroll clients.

   Lewis Cooper

   Associate

   As an FCA and BFP qualified Associate, Lewis graduated from Durham University in 1993 with an Honours degree in Economics and qualified as a Chartered Accountants in 1997.

   Lewis then worked at a Big 4 accountancy firm in Manchester until relocating to Norfolk in 2004. He now has a portfolio of clients which includes owner managed businesses, the self-employed, Audit clients and overseas clients. Lewis works closely with his clients on both their business and personal tax affairs.

   Associate Director

   Louise’s an FCA and BFP qualified Chartered Accountant who trained with an International accountancy firm. With over 20 years’ experience and a business owner herself, she has vast strategic experience across a number of sectors.

   She works closely with her clients to provide advice and support to business owners to assist them to meet their business and personal goals. Louise thrives on providing support to business owners and being a positive part of their business journey.

   Mandy Rostron

   Accounts Senior Manager

   Mandy’s an Accounts Senior Manager at our Diss office and is ACCA qualified. With over 25 years experience of working for local businesses, both new start-ups and long running established companies, Mandy has a broad knowledge of the challenges business owners face.

   Mary Channell

   Payroll Associate

   Mary has over 20 years experience in working with local companies providing payroll support, and is an ACIPP qualified payroll technician with the CIPP and an accredited user with Quickbooks and Xero.

   At TC Group Diss, Mary manages the payroll department, and looks after the majority of our construction industry and Workplace Pension enquiries.

    Matthew Neale

    Partner

    As an FCCA and FCA qualified Partner, Matthew has over 20 years experience, after qualifying in 2001. Having worked in different roles including as an Audit Manager, Matthews current position is Partner for the East Anglia offices in Diss, Norwich, Great Yarmouth and Colchester (City Centre).

    Matthew splits his time between acting for the owners of small and medium sized businesses, assisting them in all areas of accountancy, tax and business, and developing and implementing the strategic growth of East Anglia, which now has 4 offices and 80 team members in the Region.

    Having worked with clients from a variety of sectors and industries, Matthew has a good sound knowledge of range of challenges clients can face and is always looking to add bespoke and specialist services to the range of support East Anglia offers to ensure the client’s needs are covered.

    Matthew enjoys riding his trials motorbikes in off-road competitions when time permits!

    Ranesh Siriparsad

    Audit Senior

    Ranesh’s an Audit Senior based in our Diss office. Ranesh graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting Sciences and his Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Accounting Sciences (CTA) at the University of South Africa and is eligible to register as an Associate with the South African Institute of Chartered Accounting(SAICA).

    He’s also currently completing an ACCA qualification and working towards conquering a Masters in Accounting and Auditing in the future. He’s passionate about businesses and helping businesses succeed.

    In his spare time, graphic designing is a secondary skill which has now become a hobby. Ranesh also enjoys being actively involved in various sports and loves bungy jumping and sky diving.

    Reece Lanchester

    Accounts Manager

    Reece’s an Accounts Manager based in our Diss office. He’s been working as an Accountant since 2017 and is both ACCA and CTA qualified. He works within the Accounts team and has experience in a range of areas including owner manger businesses, VAT, Personal/Business Tax.

    Sam Smith

    Company Secretarial Senior Manager

    Sam’s a Company Secretarial Senior Manager based in our Diss, Norwich, and Great Yarmouth offices.

    Sam’s responsibilities include managing the Company Secretarial service offered to clients as well as managing the set-up of new clients and acting as personnel contact for employees.

    Simonetta Castellano

    Partner

    Simonetta graduated in Business Finance and Economics from the University of East Anglia (Bsc Hons) and is an FCA qualified Chartered Accountant. Simonetta has worked in practice in the UK as a Manager, with extensive experience in accounting (UK GAAP), auditing and tax for owner-managed businesses.

    Simonetta is fluent in English and Italian.

    As East Anglia’s Audit Director, Simonetta’s role involves managing the Audit team and liaising with the portfolio of Audit clients to ensure legislative requirements, quality, and service levels are met.

    Stephen Matthews

    Partner

    Stephen graduated from Aberystwyth University in 2001 and later in 2004. He’s FCA and FCCA qualified with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, and later became a Chartered Accountant in 2012.

    Vikki Mayne

    Personal Tax Manager

    Vikki’s a Personal Tax Manager at our Diss and Great Yarmouth offices preparing tax returns for individuals, sole traders, and trusts together with the odd set of annual accounts if needed.

    Vikki previously worked in the Trust department for another accountancy firm for over 21 years preparing trust and estate returns, annual accounts, arranging payments, dealing with tax pools, setting up and designing cash flow and budget reports for clients.
