As Partner, Matthew leads a number of offices in TC Group’s East Anglia region, overseeing offices in Diss, Norwich (City Centre), Great Yarmouth, and Colchester (City Centre). He works closely with owners of small and medium-sized businesses, helping them identify opportunities to save tax, streamline processes, and put stronger financial structures in place so they can focus on running and growing their businesses.

Matthew is particularly passionate about supporting local business owners with practical, forward-thinking advice, going beyond compliance to provide clarity, efficiency, and long-term value. Alongside his client work, he plays a key role in driving the strategic growth of TC Group across East Anglia. Under his leadership, the region has expanded to four offices and a team of over 80 people.

With experience across a broad range of sectors, Matthew has a deep understanding of the commercial pressures businesses face and is committed to continually enhancing TC Group’s service offering through tailored, specialist support designed around each client’s needs.

Outside of work, Matthew enjoys riding trials motorbikes and competing in off-road events whenever time allows.

Ranesh’s an Audit Senior based in our Diss office. Ranesh graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting Sciences and his Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Accounting Sciences (CTA) at the University of South Africa and is eligible to register as an Associate with the South African Institute of Chartered Accounting(SAICA).
