She advises and supports a wide range of owner-managed businesses, providing practical advice across accountancy, tax and wider business matters. What Carly enjoys most about her role is getting to know her clients and their businesses. She’s passionate about building strong, long-term relationships and providing straightforward, practical advice that helps business owners make confident decisions.

With over 28 years’ experience in practice, Carly has built her career from the ground up, progressing through roles including Senior Accountant and Office Manager before moving into senior leadership. She qualified with the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) in 2001 and went on to become a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2004. She’s incredibly proud to have built a career while raising a family and so completely understands the pressures of running and building a successful business.

Outside of work, keeping fit and active is a big part of Carly’s life, and her mornings usually start with a cardio or strength workout. She also loves travelling, spending time with family and friends, discovering new restaurants or following her beloved Arsenal football club.

In addition to investing in TC Group, he previously invested and sat on the board of SJD Accountancy, an accountancy services business to contractors.

Although he’s not that old, he’s been advising owner-managed businesses for 35 years, specialising in tax for the last 30.

She’s a Chartered Tax Advisor and her client base’s predominantly private clients offering advice on Personal Tax, Inheritance Tax, Trusts, and Capital Gains Tax.

He assists independent, owner manager, and investor-backed businesses to grow and meet their challenges in both an advisory and reporting capacity.

Having spent over a decade providing Audit and Accountancy services to a broad range of clients across varying industries, Richard also oversees international accounting, taking lead on global assignments and offering International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) advice.

With over 12 years’ experience, he assists business owners with their accounting, tax, and general business affairs, with the aim of fostering future growth.

He brings a wealth of experience and expertise, overseeing TC Group’s operational strategies and technological advancements to drive efficiency and maximise productivity for our teams and clients alike.
