Partner
Chris’s the Tax Partner at the East Bristol Office, heading up the Personal Tax Team.
Chris has over 15 years experience in Personal Tax, dealing with all aspects of Self Assessment and Capital Gains Tax.
Chris Kyle
Systems & Data Partner
Chris heads-up TC Group’s systems and data function, which includes the onboarding of mergers and acquisitions.
Olga Carter
Associate
Olga is an Associate based in our Oundle office with over 20 years’ experience in practice.
As a Chartered Accountant, Olga supports a wide range of clients with their accounting and tax matters, specialising in advising small owner-managed businesses (both incorporated and unincorporated). She has a wealth of experience working with and advising on cloud software solutions.

Patrick’s a Corporate Finance Partner with presence across our Leicester, Milton Keynes, Northampton, and Southampton offices.

Paul’s Head of Service Charge and Partner of our Leicester, Milton Keynes, Northampton, and Southampton offices.
He brings over 25 years’ industry experience and has successfully developed a well-respected, trusted and award-winning Service Charge team that’s committed to supporting landlords, managing agents, housing associations, and residents across the UK.

Chris heads up our Sussex office. With over 30 years of professional practice experience, he’s well versed in advising clients across a vast array of complex issues in a friendly and easy to understand manner.

Chris oversees the East Yorkshire office, having joined TC Group in 2019.
Chris has extensive experience in all aspects of accountancy, finance and taxation and supports a wide spectrum of businesses.
Cheryl Shires
Senior Paraplanner
Cheryl’s a Senior Paraplanner to TC Group clients and is based in our Portsmouth office.
Having worked in the financial services industry for over 35 years, she has a wealth of technical and product knowledge. Cheryl’s also Chartered Insurance Institute Diploma qualified.
Charlotte Hare
Senior Manager
Charlotte works closely with SMEs, sole traders and individuals, providing practical support across accounts and tax compliance. With extensive experience in helping businesses meet their statutory obligations, she is committed to delivering a reliable, efficient service while making the process as straightforward as possible for her clients.
Charlotte is a highly experienced and skilled Xero advisor. She enjoys helping clients transition to digital accounting systems and showing them how technology can save time, streamline processes and improve visibility over their finances. By helping business owners better understand their numbers, she gives them greater confidence in managing and growing their businesses.
For Charlotte, the personal side of accountancy is just as important as the technical work. She enjoys getting to know her clients, understanding their individual circumstances and supporting them through the various stages of their business journey. Known for her approachable nature and willingness to help, Charlotte has built long-standing relationships with many clients who have remained with her for years. She takes pride in being able to answer questions and explain financial matters in a clear, jargon-free way.
Outside of work, Charlotte rediscovered her love of netball a few years ago and now plays in multiple leagues in Peterborough, along with training whenever she can. She is also a keen baker, and her chocolate chip shortbread has achieved near-legendary status among colleagues.

Charlotte’s been a Financial Advisor for over 20 years, advising both business and personal clients alike.
She spent many years advising under the banner of one of the world’s largest banks and made the move in 2015 to becoming independent in terms of providing advice.
Advising on and seeing clients achieve their objectives’ what drives her, and she’s worked with many of her clients for a number of years acting for not only them both on a business and personal side but also their children and other family members. She enjoys building long term, trusted relationships with those she works with.

Paula’s a Director within our Corporate Finance team working across our Leicester, Milton Keynes, Northampton, and Southampton offices.
As a qualified Chartered Accountant with a career spanning over 20 years in both professional services and industry, she brings a wealth of experience to support business owners in achieving their ultimate growth, financing, and succession plans.
With a keen interest in diversity, Paula’s passionate about creating forums for female business owners to connect, collaborate, and support each other in growing their businesses.
