She leads TC Group Kent’s Property and Lettings division, supporting everyone from independent letting agencies to national groups with client accounting, client money compliance, service charge reporting and sector-specific advisory services. Combining accountancy expertise with in-depth industry knowledge, Gemma helps clients navigate regulatory requirements, manage risk and support sustainable growth.

He advises owner-managed and family-owned businesses on tax planning, business structuring, reliefs, succession and exit strategies. Combining deep technical expertise with commercial insight, Ben helps clients make informed decisions at every stage of the business lifecycle, from growth and investment through to succession and sale.

Having advised businesses across Medway and North Kent for decades, Trevor brings extensive commercial experience and continuity to long-standing client relationships. He supports owner-managed and family-owned businesses with strategic decision-making, tax planning, succession and long-term growth, drawing on a deep understanding of the local business community.

As Third Sector Manager, Eleanor oversees the day-to-day delivery of TC Group Kent’s Third Sector division, supporting clients with charity SORP reporting, management information and financial reporting. Working closely with leadership teams and trustees, she helps organisations strengthen financial oversight, meet regulatory requirements and plan for long-term sustainability.

As Finance Director, Steve supports charity and commercial outsourced finance clients with board-level reporting, forecasting and funding strategy. Working closely with leadership teams and trustees, he helps organisations strengthen financial oversight, improve decision-making and plan confidently for the future.

As an experienced Finance Director, Graeme leads TC Group Kent’s Third Sector, sustainability and business intelligence services, helping organisations navigate change, strengthen performance and achieve their strategic objectives. He delivers approved Strategic Finance courses and offers executive coaching to business owners and chief executives in line with EMCC professional standards.
