Jem Turrell

Jem’s an award winning Financial Advisor with over 30 years’ experience within Financial Services.
He’s a Chartered Member and Regional President of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments, and affiliated to both the Personal Finance Society and Chartered Insurance Institute.
He’s also a military veteran and former Special Constable.
Jenna-Louise Dunstall
Private Client Solicitor
Jenna’s practiced as a private client solicitor for over a decade. She provides tailored estate planning advice to clients, including Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Jim Norrington
Partner
Jim is a Partner at TC Group, leading the Croydon office. He focuses on building a high‑performing, values‑driven team and helps business owners gain clarity through timely monthly management information.
Jim works with clients to improve profitability and achieve their personal financial goals, combining commercially focused advice with a genuine commitment to people, culture, and the wider expertise of the TC Group.

Jordan’s a Partner in our Leicester office and has over 15 years of experience.
Jordan’s client base is predominantly SME’s, for which he enjoys sitting with his clients to understand and advise on their business from the bottom up.
Josh Rowbottom

Josh’s a Partner responsible for the growth of our Boston office, where he spends his time split with the Spalding office.
Josh works with a wide range of clients ranging from small owner managed businesses, to complex groups and audit clients. Josh’s background in agriculture helps us service our agricultural clients in Lincolnshire.

Justine’s a Partner and has over 30 years’ experience in professional practice, working with family-run companies and owner managed businesses.
Kat Hill
Tax Manager
Kat’s the Tax Manager within the R&D team working across our Leicester, Milton Keynes, Northampton, and Southampton offices.
With over 15 years’ experience, Kat’s worked in both practice and industry dealing with various areas of taxation throughout her career. Kat works closely with Vic Ulfik, Head of R&D, to support innovative businesses maximise their entitlement under the R&D tax credits scheme.

Katie’s a HR Business Partner providing advice and support to our clients.
Katie Osborn-Jones
Associate Partner
Katie’s worked in our Farnham office for over 17 years. In that time, Katie’s trained and gained her ACCA qualification, helped grow the office’s portfolio and become a Partner at the firm.
She works with her clients helping them to understand the results of their businesses and planning for the future. Katie’s main client base are owner managed Limited companies but she also works with some larger clients, with one in particular listed on the Swedish Stock Exchange.

Ken’s a Partner based in the Peterborough – TC Craigs office.
He works with a wide range of clients throughout the UK and abroad, assisting partnerships, companies, and individuals with their accounting and tax affairs and helping them to start up, plan, and mitigate tax liabilities more effectively.

Kevin’s a Partner and heads up the Keynsham (Bristol) office, having joined TC Group in 2018.
