Accounts Manager
Alicia is an Accounts Manager who supports owner-managed and privately owned businesses with management accounts, financial reporting, year-end accounts, corporation tax and VAT compliance.
She helps clients understand key performance indicators, monitor business performance and use accurate financial information to make informed decisions. Alicia has particular sector experience in financial services, bridging finance and hospitality. She also supports businesses with Xero and cloud accounting, remuneration planning and practical commercial advice, while coordinating high-quality client delivery and developing junior team members.

Rhiannon is a Senior Manager who provides management accounts, cashflow forecasting, budgeting and commercial business advice to owner-managed and privately owned businesses.
She helps growing companies understand their financial performance, improve profitability and use timely management information to make confident decisions. Her sector specialisms include professional services, marketing, advertising and recruitment.
Rhiannon works closely with business owners across Croydon, South London and the South East, combining trusted client relationships with practical support on business growth, pricing, financial planning and wider TC Group service opportunities.

Josh’s an Associate Partner in our Portsmouth office, having been with TC Group since 2013. He works with a variety of owner managed businesses across a number of sectors.
Client Relationship Manager
Dan’s an ACCA-qualified professional with a strong commercial background and a passion for building long-term client relationships.
As Client Relationship Manager, Dan works closely with businesses across Medway and North Kent, helping clients access the right expertise and support at every stage of their journey.
He is often the first point of contact for organisations considering TC Group Kent, taking the time to understand their goals, challenges and ambitions before connecting them with the specialists best placed to help.

Terry’s an Associate Partner and Client Relationship Manager based in the Portsmouth office and has been with TC Group since 2015.
Terry’s client base is predominantly small to medium sized owner-managed businesses.
Payroll
Charlotte’s CIPP qualified and brings extensive payroll expertise alongside a strong systems and process-driven approach.
She supports clients across a wide range of sectors, delivering accurate, compliant and efficient payroll services. Working closely with businesses of all sizes, Charlotte helps employers navigate changing regulations, manage payroll obligations and ensure employees are paid correctly and on time.
Finance Director, Outsourced Finance
David’s an ACCA Chartered Accountant with over 12 years’ experience across practice and the third sector.
As Finance Director, David supports charity and commercial outsourced finance clients with strategic financial management, reporting and decision-making. He also leads TC Group Kent’s data, business intelligence and Power BI services, helping organisations gain greater visibility of performance and use meaningful insights to support growth, strengthen governance and make informed decisions.
Audit Partner
Sally’s an ACCA Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience. As a Registered Auditor and Responsible Individual, she leads TC Group Kent’s audit and assurance services, covering company audits, charity audits and independent examinations, while helping clients meet regulatory requirements and strengthen financial governance.
Property & Lettings Manager
Joe has over 11 years’ experience in practice and co-manages TC Group Kent’s Property and Lettings division.
Working with independent agencies through to national property groups, Joe provides specialist technical support across client accounting, compliance and industry software systems. He also plays a key role in developing client relationships, helping businesses streamline processes, maintain regulatory compliance and support long-term growth.
