Founder & Executive Chairman
Grant qualified as an ACA Chartered Accountant at TC Group before becoming Group COO in 2016. Grant became the Executive Chairman of TC Group in November 2024.

James’s an Audit Partner in our Portsmouth Northarbour office. James’s a highly experienced Auditor, having been with the TC Group for over 25 years.

Glyn has over 30 years’ experience in advising predominantly wealthy landowners on property taxes, capital gains tax, and trust/succession planning.
Georgie Eykel
Tax Partner
Georgie’s a Tax Partner based in our Portsmouth office and is part of our Private Client Services team. She’s a Chartered Tax Advisor with 20 years’ experience in professional practice.
Georgie provides tax planning advice and compliance services to individuals, families, and trusts – including income tax, capital gains tax, and inheritance tax.
James Paget

James has over 20 years advising owner managed businesses with a strong emphasis on remuneration planning/profit extraction.
James also has solid experience with start ups, growth with equity investment, through to advising on business sales and Inheritance Tax planning matters.

Gail Esterhuizen

Gail’s worked in the financial services industry since 1989. She currently assists Jem Turrell in the Christchurch office.
Fraser Akehurst
Service Charge Director
Fraser’s a Director, jointly responsible for the growth of the Southampton office where he’s based.
Having spent 15 years working in practice, Fraser’s gained a wealth of experience in the Service Charge sector, helping to lead an award-winning Service Charge team that’s committed to supporting landlords, managing agents, housing associations, and residents across the UK.
