Henry specialises in private client business and has a strong bias towards international work, dealing with non-resident and non-domiciled individuals, offshore trusts, and overseas companies at our London – TC Citroen Wells office.
Henry’s also a member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners.
Partner | Third Sector Audit (London)
Hannah has experience in a wide range of sectors, including FCA-regulated trading clients, property investment companies, a variety of small and large owner-managed businesses and now has a focus on Authors and Charities.
Hannah works in both Accounts and Audit at our London – TC Citroen Wells offices, and gets involved in bespoke client projects, due diligence assignments, and report writing.

David’s a Partner and a Professional Services specialist at our London – TC Citroen Wells office with a strong emphasis on law firms, barristers, and barristers chambers.
David also works with a wide variety of businesses, from start-ups through to international groups – including private equity houses, property developers and investors.
David’s wide range of experience enables him to give strategic tax advice and general commercial advice to individuals as well as small and large companies alike.

Stephen’s the Senior Partner of our London – TC Citroen Wells office.
He heads both the department dealing with the affairs of authors and other creative artists, as well as the department dealing with the Accounts and Audit of Charities.
He also has expertise in a number of other areas, including property investment and development companies, UK trusts, personal income tax and owner-managed businesses.
Stephen’s approach is very much hands-on and he enjoys working closely with all his clients to ensure their expectations and requirements are fully met.

Nick’s a Tax Partner in our London – TC Citroen Wells office and handles a wide range of tax issues.
He calls on extensive experience of compliance and structuring – both UK and with an international flavour – in advising individuals, businesses, and trusts.
He strikes a balance between technical expertise and commercial empathy, priding himself on the minimal contact his clients have with the revenue authorities. He sits on the Taxation Panel of the Bar Council.

Maxine’s a general practice Partner at our London – TC Citroen Wells office with specific responsibilities for Personal Taxation; as well as Trusts both in the UK and overseas, and estates.
Maxine’s especially interested in assisting clients with tax planning – in particular, inheritance tax.
She’s had a long involvement with the London Society of Chartered Accountants (LSCA), having run the monthly South-West London tax discussion group for several years and sat on the LSCA taxation committee.

Mark’s a financial services specialist at our London – TC Citroen Wells office and has been responsible for developing a significant presence amongst clients regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
He’s also a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT) and specialises in providing innovative solutions to tax problems.

Leckraj works with a significant portfolio of clients, both individuals and corporate, and has particular expertise in Audit and Accounting of Academies, Authors, Charities and Owner-managed businesses at our London – TC Citroen Wells office.
His experience in cloud accounting software’s helped businesses achieve further efficiencies with their bookkeeping processes, developing better systems. He also provides on-going support to clients and conducts training on all cloud accounting solutions to both individuals and businesses who see the benefits in migrating their existing accounting systems to a cloud platform.

Kim specialises in businesses regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), property companies, retail clients and owner-managed companies in the SME sector.

As Chief Growth Officer, Shiv is responsible for identifying and securing partnerships with independent practices seeking the benefits of being part of a larger Group but without compromising their local autonomy and earnings.
Shiv also leads on supporting TC Group practices on their own acquisitive strategies and succession planning.

Pete’s a Partner in our Spalding office with 25 years of experience advising clients, having joined the firm as a graduate in 1999.
Pete specialises in delivering tax planning and commercial advice to his predominantly OMB client base.
