Her ability to demystify complex tax issues has earned her strong, trusting relationships with her clients. Alison’s approachable and clear communication style makes navigating the intricacies of tax planning and decision-making more accessible for business owners.

As an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) expert and knowledgeable in share option schemes, including EMI, Alison’s diverse expertise and approachable manner make her a key member of our team, guiding clients through the nuances of growth and tax planning.

Recognised for his comprehensive business acumen, Stuart offers strategic counsel in tax planning, scaling, international expansion, and employee incentives, including EMI share options.

He leverages his extensive experience to guide a wide array of owner-managed recruitment businesses, ranging from budding startups to established multi-million pound corporations. Dave considers himself an advisor first and accountant second. With over 20 years’ experience in practice, as well as previously having worked in industry and the insolvency sector, Dave has a blended level of commerciality and business experience. He applies that by investing time with his clients to get to know them and their business, to understand their vision, their key drivers and their goals. In doing so, Dave’s often able to identify solutions to their problems – sometimes ones that they didn’t know they had!

In addition to his role at TC Group, Dave is the City Leader for Founders Live Cambridge, where he hosts quarterly pitch and networking events for startups and entrepreneurs. Through his involvement with Founders Live, Dave stays at the forefront of the local tech ecosystem, offering mentorship and building connections among tech innovators, entrepreneurs, and business leaders.

In addition to leading the firm, Marie’s a recruitment sector expert, meaning she knows the ins and outs of this industry and provides a fully encompassing service which includes everything from general accountancy and tax compliance, through to corporate finance and outsourced FD services.

Marie actively supports the recruitment sector through their APSCo membership and other recruitment networks. She frequently speaks at industry events and is currently a judge for the prestigious APSCo awards, recognising excellence in the recruitment industry.

Being well versed in HMRC legislation and processes and regularly reviewing many complex technical arguments, his many successful claims have led to confidence and being able to articulate persuasively and effectively with HMRC to achieve positive outcomes.

Mike takes a proactive and pragmatic approach to assisting clients achieve their objectives. He has advised clients across a wide sector of businesses, and has been involved in many transactions involving the restructuring, acquisition and disposal of businesses.

Sadik takes a proactive and pragmatic approach to assisting clients achieve their objectives. He’s advised clients across a wide sector of businesses with special interest in Healthcare Industry, and has been involved in many transactions involving the restructuring, acquisition and disposal of businesses.

Richard also provides high level forecasting, business strategy, business performance and cashflow analysis services to many of the TC Primera’s clients.

His client base is wide and he acts for businesses across many industries, including construction, manufacturing, fashion, finance, restaurants and property.

He specialises in providing audit, accountancy, and tax advice to Owner-Managed Businesses.

Jon takes a proactive and hands-on approach with his clients, providing them with the support and advice required to navigate their business and personal affairs.  He has advised clients across a number of sectors and has been involved in over £2 billion of transactions relating to the acquisition and disposal of client’s businesses and companies.
