Richard’s a Consultant with over 40 years of professional experience in helping and advising Owner Managed Businesses across many sectors including their information technology needs.
Sarah Johnson
Partner
Sarah’s an ACA and ACCA Chartered Accountant with 30+ years’ experience working in professional practice. She has expertise in auditing and service charge accounting.
Lewis Cooper
Associate
Lewis Cooper is an FCA and BFP-qualified Associate who graduated from Durham University in 1993 with an Honours degree in Economics, before qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1997.
He began his career with a Big 4 accountancy firm in Manchester, gaining valuable experience before relocating to Norfolk in 2004. Today, Lewis manages a diverse portfolio of clients, including owner-managed businesses, audit clients, and overseas clients.
Lewis works closely with his clients on both their business and tax affairs, providing tailored advice and support to help them achieve their goals.
Louise Hollands
Associate Director
Louise is an FCA and BFP-qualified Chartered Accountant who trained with an international accountancy firm. With over 20 years of experience and as a business owner herself, she brings a wealth of strategic insight across a wide range of sectors.
Having progressed from Manager to Associate and now Associate Director, Louise plays a key role in managing the practice on a day-to-day basis. She oversees HR, policies and procedures, workflow, and efficiencies, ensuring the firm consistently delivers high-quality work, meets deadlines, and maintains exceptional standards across all areas.
Louise works closely with business owners, offering practical advice and proactive support to help them achieve their business and personal goals. She thrives on building strong relationships and being a positive part of every client’s business journey.
Simonetta Castellano
Partner
Simonetta graduated in Business Finance and Economics from the University of East Anglia (Bsc Hons) and is an FCA qualified Chartered Accountant. Simonetta has worked in practice in the UK as a Manager, with extensive experience in accounting (UK GAAP), auditing and tax for owner-managed businesses.
Simonetta is fluent in English and Italian.
As East Anglia’s Audit Director, Simonetta’s role involves managing the Audit team and liaising with the portfolio of Audit clients to ensure legislative requirements, quality, and service levels are met.
Matthew Neale
Partner
Norwich, Diss, Great Yarmouth, Colchester City Centre
Matthew is a FCA qualified Partner with over 20 years’ experience supporting business owners to grow, improve profitability, and make confident financial decisions. First qualifying in 2001, his career began in audit before progressing into senior leadership roles within practice.
As Partner, Matthew leads a number of offices in TC Group’s East Anglia region, overseeing offices in Diss, Norwich (City Centre), Great Yarmouth, and Colchester (City Centre). He works closely with owners of small and medium-sized businesses, helping them identify opportunities to save tax, streamline processes, and put stronger financial structures in place so they can focus on running and growing their businesses.
Matthew is particularly passionate about supporting local business owners with practical, forward-thinking advice, going beyond compliance to provide clarity, efficiency, and long-term value. Alongside his client work, he plays a key role in driving the strategic growth of TC Group across East Anglia. Under his leadership, the region has expanded to four offices and a team of over 80 people.
With experience across a broad range of sectors, Matthew has a deep understanding of the commercial pressures businesses face and is committed to continually enhancing TC Group’s service offering through tailored, specialist support designed around each client’s needs.
Outside of work, Matthew enjoys riding trials motorbikes and competing in off-road events whenever time allows.
Victoria Eastwood
Portfolio Manager
As an ACA and MAAT qualified Portfolio Manager, Victoria’s based in our Colchester City Centre office. She works closely with our team of junior accountants to provide guidance and mentoring, whilst also working with the Partners to ensure high standards are met consistently.
Victoria adores animals and owns two cheeky chinchillas. She also enjoys cooking and baking in her spare time.
Simon Welling
Partner
Simon’s a Partner in our Colchester City Centre office and is FCCA qualified. He joined the business after running his own practice for 10 years, and with over 25 years experience working with small and medium sized businesses and having also worked in industry, Simon can bring a balanced and knowledgeable view to his clients.
Simon’s built up a strong network of contacts in the Colchester and Essex area, assisting a diverse range of clients with year end accounts, Cloud Accounting solutions, as well as Tax planning and compliance.
With a ‘business partner’ approach, Simon very much enjoys helping clients through the complete process. From start ups to established businesses ensuring that with each step the business takes that all the financial and reporting considerations are dealt with to minimise liabilities and maximise profits.
Simon lives locally and is married with two sons.
Melinda Simpson
Director
Melinda’s a Director based in our Colchester City Centre office. She has over 40 years’ experience having trained and qualified in a Big 6 firm in London, after graduating with an Economics degree. Melinda heads up the Colchester Office and provides audit, compliance and advisory services to a broad range of sectors including commercial and charity organisations.
Her clients range from private individuals, OMB’s, Charities, and Independent Schools.
Melinda likes to offer a holistic approach and services to clients built up through long standing client relationships and also has particular expertise in overseeing that our compliance services are delivered at the highest quality to ensure that the business risks of our clients are minimised.
Caroline Johnson
Accounts Manager
Caroline’s a qualified FCCA and MAAT qualified Accounts Manager at our Diss office. She joined in 2005 as a Trainee accountant and qualified AAT in 2008, therefore ACCA qualified in 2011 and is now a Client Manager.
Caroline has a broad range of clients and has knowledge of Accounts, Corporation Tax, Personal Tax and VAT.
Mandy Rostron
Accounts Senior Manager
Mandy’s an Accounts Senior Manager at our Diss office and is ACCA qualified. With over 25 years experience of working for local businesses, both new start-ups and long running established companies, Mandy has a broad knowledge of the challenges business owners face.
Mandy provides advice and support to help minimise clients tax liabilities and optimise profits to help them maintain a competitive advantage.
Glenn Strutt
Accounts Manager
As an ACA qualified Accounts Manager, Glenn’s based in our Colchester City Centre office. He joined the Accounts team as an intern whilst studying Business Finance at university. After graduating, he joined us in a permanent role and worked towards qualifying as a chartered accountant.
Glenn has a hands-on approach with an eye for detail, helping to guide and coordinate the Accounts team whilst maintaining a high standard of work.
In his spare time, Glenn enjoys 5-a-side football and going to the gym.
Ranesh Siriparsad
Audit Senior
Ranesh’s an Audit Senior based in our Diss office. Ranesh graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting Sciences and his Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Accounting Sciences (CTA) at the University of South Africa and is eligible to register as an Associate with the South African Institute of Chartered Accounting(SAICA).
He’s also currently completing an ACCA qualification and working towards conquering a Masters in Accounting and Auditing in the future. He’s passionate about businesses and helping businesses succeed.
In his spare time, graphic designing is a secondary skill which has now become a hobby. Ranesh also enjoys being actively involved in various sports and loves bungy jumping and sky diving.
