Marketing & Business Development Manager
Lisa re-joined the firm in 2021, as Marketing & Business Development Manager working at both our Derby and Nottingham offices.
Lisa’s role involves managing the marketing activity of the Nottingham and Derby offices, working closely with our directors and focusing on the promotion of our business.
Partner
James joined TC Farnell Clarke in 2016. With experience in both financial and operational roles at a senior level, James has overseen the development of the people, structure, and processes to manage the growth of the business.
James is now responsible for the overall strategy of TC Farnell Clarke, ensuring the business maintains it’s reputation for excellent levels of client service, whilst being a great place to work.

Frances has been a key part of TC Farnell Clarke since 2013, becoming a Principal Director and shareholder in 2015. An ACCA-qualified professional, Frances specialises in finance system transformation, leading projects that modernise and optimise financial processes for both clients and internal operations.
She’s passionate about harnessing cutting-edge technology to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and develop scalable, repeatable solutions.
Alongside her transformation work, Frances plays a vital role in business development, driving growth and strengthening relationships. She’s also committed to continuous improvement, refining client experience, delivery processes, and team development to ensure TC Farnell Clarke remains at the forefront of innovation in financial services.
Partner - Head of TC Live Accounting
Will founded Farnell Clarke in 2007 before partnering with TC Group in March 2025 to become TC Farnell Clarke. Having previously worked within a Big Four firm, Will wanted to be a different kind of accounting firm. He saw an opportunity to utilise technology to drive efficiency and change the way accounting services could be delivered to clients.
This led to Farnell Clarke being one of the first 100%-cloud practices in the world.
Will now uses the experiences acquired as a tech-driven firm to support other firms moving to a digital-based strategy. He’s regarded as one of the UK’s foremost thought leaders and speakers on accounting tech and the changing landscape and environment currently driving the accounting profession.
Will is author of ‘The Digital Firm’, and ‘The Human Firm’ blueprints for digital transformation and enhanced client experience within an accounting firm and is a regular engaging speaker and advocate for some of the leading UK and global accounting tech brands.
Client Services Director
Emily has a passion for meeting and helping new people. Having previously worked at both Top 20 and much smaller firms, it became clear to her that she achieved the most satisfaction and enjoyment from helping business owners and their teams achieve their goals.
Her key responsibility as Client Services Director at TC Farnell Clarke is to ensure our clients are receiving an excellent experience by delivering our services using best working practices, technology, and processes.
Business Advisory Partner
Andy has over 20 years’ experience in client-facing financial service roles, including 10 years in commercial banking.
He trained as an accountant with a Yorkshire-based practice, working with clients across a broad spectrum of industries, and now uses his extensive experience and professional network to help and advise our client base.
Away from the office, Andy has three children and is at his happiest behind a barbecue or out walking with his dogs.

Paul’s a Chartered Accountant who’s spent over 40 years working in general practice.

Richard’s a Consultant with over 40 years of professional experience in helping and advising Owner Managed Businesses across many sectors including their information technology needs.
Partner
Sarah’s an ACA and ACCA Chartered Accountant with 30+ years’ experience working in professional practice. She has expertise in auditing and service charge accounting.
Associate
Lewis Cooper is an FCA and BFP-qualified Associate who graduated from Durham University in 1993 with an Honours degree in Economics, before qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1997.
He began his career with a Big 4 accountancy firm in Manchester, gaining valuable experience before relocating to Norfolk in 2004. Today, Lewis manages a diverse portfolio of clients, including owner-managed businesses, audit clients, and overseas clients.
Lewis works closely with his clients on both their business and tax affairs, providing tailored advice and support to help them achieve their goals.
Associate Director
Louise is an FCA and BFP-qualified Chartered Accountant who trained with an international accountancy firm. With over 20 years of experience and as a business owner herself, she brings a wealth of strategic insight across a wide range of sectors.
Having progressed from Manager to Associate and now Associate Director, Louise plays a key role in managing the practice on a day-to-day basis. She oversees HR, policies and procedures, workflow, and efficiencies, ensuring the firm consistently delivers high-quality work, meets deadlines, and maintains exceptional standards across all areas.
Louise works closely with business owners, offering practical advice and proactive support to help them achieve their business and personal goals. She thrives on building strong relationships and being a positive part of every client’s business journey.

Simonetta graduated in Business Finance and Economics from the University of East Anglia (Bsc Hons) and is an FCA qualified Chartered Accountant. Simonetta has worked in practice in the UK as a Manager, with extensive experience in accounting (UK GAAP), auditing and tax for owner-managed businesses.
Simonetta is fluent in English and Italian.
As East Anglia’s Audit Director, Simonetta’s role involves managing the Audit team and liaising with the portfolio of Audit clients to ensure legislative requirements, quality, and service levels are met.

Norwich, Diss, Great Yarmouth, Colchester City Centre
Matthew is a FCA qualified Partner with over 20 years’ experience supporting business owners to grow, improve profitability, and make confident financial decisions. First qualifying in 2001, his career began in audit before progressing into senior leadership roles within practice.
As Partner, Matthew leads a number of offices in TC Group’s East Anglia region, overseeing offices in Diss, Norwich (City Centre), Great Yarmouth, and Colchester (City Centre). He works closely with owners of small and medium-sized businesses, helping them identify opportunities to save tax, streamline processes, and put stronger financial structures in place so they can focus on running and growing their businesses.
Matthew is particularly passionate about supporting local business owners with practical, forward-thinking advice, going beyond compliance to provide clarity, efficiency, and long-term value. Alongside his client work, he plays a key role in driving the strategic growth of TC Group across East Anglia. Under his leadership, the region has expanded to four offices and a team of over 80 people.
With experience across a broad range of sectors, Matthew has a deep understanding of the commercial pressures businesses face and is committed to continually enhancing TC Group’s service offering through tailored, specialist support designed around each client’s needs.
Outside of work, Matthew enjoys riding trials motorbikes and competing in off-road events whenever time allows.
Portfolio Manager
As an ACA and MAAT qualified Portfolio Manager, Victoria’s based in our Colchester City Centre office. She works closely with our team of junior accountants to provide guidance and mentoring, whilst also working with the Partners to ensure high standards are met consistently.
Victoria adores animals and owns two cheeky chinchillas. She also enjoys cooking and baking in her spare time.
