With over 20 years’ experience in practice, as well as previously having worked in industry and the insolvency sector, Dave has a blended level of commerciality and business experience. He’s advised clients across a wide sector of businesses with special interest in Healthcare Industry, and has been involved in many transactions involving the restructuring, acquisition and disposal of businesses.

Richard also provides high level forecasting, business strategy, business performance and cashflow analysis services to many of the TC Primera’s clients.

His client base is wide and he acts for businesses across many industries, including construction, manufacturing, fashion, finance, restaurants and property.

He specialises in providing audit, accountancy, and tax advice to Owner-Managed Businesses.

Jon takes a proactive and hands-on approach with his clients, providing them with the support and advice required to navigate their business and personal affairs.  He has advised clients across a number of sectors and has been involved in over £2 billion of transactions relating to the acquisition and disposal of client’s businesses and companies.
