I'm Stephen Green Associate

Stephen is an Associate Partner at TC Group, specialising in accounts and tax compliance for owner-managed businesses and individuals. Having started his career with a Cambridge-based firm, he gained valuable experience in audit and compliance, working with a diverse portfolio of clients across a range of sectors. This strong technical foundation continues to underpin the practical advice and support he provides today.

Stephen works closely with SMEs across a variety of industries, taking the time to understand their businesses, challenges, and ambitions. While he supports clients from many sectors, he has developed a particular niche in the sports and entertainment industry, helping individuals and businesses navigate complex accounting and tax matters with confidence. Clients value his approachable manner, attention to detail, and ability to explain technical issues in a practical and accessible way while building long-term relationships.

Joining the firm in 2018 as an Accounts Senior, Stephen progressed to Manager, Senior Manager and now Associate Partner. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for delivering high-quality compliance services, developing strong client relationships, and providing clear, straightforward advice that helps businesses meet their obligations and achieve their goals.

Outside of work, Stephen enjoys travelling, spending time with family and friends and following a range of sporting interests.
