Sadikali Premji (FCCA)  is a Partner in our Borehamwood office and has over 15 years’ experience. He specialises in providing audit, assurance, and tax advice to clients, along with advising clients on structuring acquisition and sale of business.

Sadik takes a proactive and pragmatic approach to assisting clients achieve their objectives. He’s advised clients across a wide sector of businesses with special interest in Healthcare Industry, and has been involved in many transactions involving the restructuring, acquisition and disposal of businesses.
