Jim is a Partner and business adviser at TC Group, leading the Croydon office and supporting privately owned and owner-managed businesses across Croydon, Surrey, London and the South East.

He helps growing and scaling companies improve profitability, cashflow and decision-making through outsourced management accounts, management information and outsourced Finance Director support. Jim has particular sector specialisms in bridging finance, commercial lending, property development and professional services.

Jim also works with business owners on growth strategy, funding, succession planning and exit preparation, connecting clients with the wider TC Group for corporate finance, audit, specialist tax and other advisory services.
