Gemma’s an ACCA Chartered Accountant and ARLA-qualified property professional with over 16 years’ experience in practice.
She leads TC Group Kent’s Property and Lettings division, supporting everyone from independent letting agencies to national groups with client accounting, client money compliance, service charge reporting and sector-specific advisory services. Combining accountancy expertise with in-depth industry knowledge, Gemma helps clients navigate regulatory requirements, manage risk and support sustainable growth.
