Eugene’s an Associate Director with over 20 years’ experience in accountancy and taxation, specialising in corporate and shareholder tax advisory, with particular expertise in business reorganisations, acquisitions and disposals, succession planning and ownership restructuring. Eugene works closely with owner-managed businesses, shareholders and corporate groups, helping them navigate complex tax matters and make informed commercial decisions.
