   Away from the office, Andy has three children and is at his happiest behind a barbecue or out walking with his dogs.

   Neil primarily works in the SME sector but also has significant experience in providing statutory audit and other compliance-related services to academies and not-for-profit organisations.

   Although specialising in the provision of audit services, Neil provides a helpful and prompt approach to a range of compliance matters that considers the business needs as a whole and focuses on delivering high-quality client service.

   Rosemary Anderson

   As a qualified chartered accountant and a chartered tax advisor with over 30 years’ experience in both industry and the profession, Rosemary’s a specialist in all areas of tax with a wide variety of experience working with entities ranging from owner-managed businesses to PE-backed corporate groups.

   Rosemary advises on the tax aspects of re-organisations, mergers and de-mergers, EIS investment schemes and EMI share schemes amongst others.

   As part of her full service offering, Rosemary also works with business owners and wealthy individuals offering bespoke personal tax advice on matters including share ownership, trusts, capital gains and inheritance tax and she enjoys working with families to ensure tax is considered in their succession planning.
