TC Group, a leading UK firm of accountants and business advisors, has today announced the rebrand of its offshore audit and finance capability, Chartered Solutions, to TC South Africa. This marks a significant milestone in its growth, reinforcing its mission to deliver high‑quality remote audit and advisory talent to UK accounting firms.

Where the journey began

Founded in 2022, Chartered Solutions was built on a simple premise: that UK accounting firms should be able to access exceptional South African professionals through a high‑quality, remote‑first offshore model. Founders Mike Lewis and Justin Bower prioritised quality over scale from day one, establishing a team that quickly became trusted by UK firms.

By 2023, the South Africa‑based team had grown to 16 skilled professionals supporting a range of UK practices. Around this time, the founders were introduced to TC Group, one of the UK’s fastest-growing accountancy groups. Both organisations shared a commitment to entrepreneurial thinking, partner autonomy, and delivering value through highly capable team, a natural foundation for joining forces.

After four years of operating under the Chartered Solutions brand, the business now embarks on its next chapter as TC South Africa.
