TC Group adds a new office in Portishead, West Bristol

TC has expanded its presence in England through a merger with Portishead based Leslie Dark & Co.
The merger brings an additional 10 staff into TC and provides the group with a new location in North Somerset and continues the group’s expansion into the Bristol market.
TC has significantly grown over the last three years with offices across the South East, South West, Midlands and East Yorkshire, and recently became the first UK accountancy firm to offer a full range of investment, mortgage, legal and HR advice.
This latest merger again consolidates TC’s official position as the UK’s fastest-growing Top 50 accountancy firm.
Founded in 1972, Leslie Dark & Co have extensive experience in advising owners of small and medium-sized businesses on all aspects of their business, taxation and financial affairs. With clients ranging in size from small sole trades right through to medium size companies (turnover in excess of £40m) where a full statutory audit is required. Partners, Amanda Kruger and David Wragg, are delighted to join TC and the prospect of offering clients an expanded set of services.
