TC Group Merges with Osbornes

TC Group is pleased to announce the completion of a merger with Osbornes Tax & Advisory, based in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire. Clients across the whole East Midlands area will now be serviced by the Melton Mowbray office.

Established in Portsmouth in 1992, TC Group (formerly Taylorcocks) has shown huge growth over the last 25 years and is now ranked 65th largest firm in the UK – according to Accountancy Age – with 150 employees across 11 offices.

TC Group was also named as Xero’s “Emerging Partner of the Year” at the XeroCon event in October 2017; an achievement that shows the commitment of the firm to improve efficiency and increase the value of its services to clients.

Both practices are currently working on the various aspects of the merger and have begun the integration process for clients to make the merger as seamless as possible.
