Taylorcocks has significantly strengthened its operation in the South West of England with the acquisition of Bristol based Eden Wood Accountants.
The acquisition, which brings a more enhanced range of services to clients, marks the latest development in taylorcocks’ continued expansion into one of the most recognised and progressive firms in the UK.
Now ranked 65th largest according to Accountancy Age, it employs 150 staff in 11 offices across London, the Midlands, the South and South West of England, and has a strengthening international capability.
Comments taylorcocks’ Managing Partner, Richard Keyes:
‘This is a major development for us and brings an even greater range of benefits to our clients. There is a real empathy between Eden Wood and ourselves and we share one another’s core values of excellence and a commitment to providing the highest level of expertise – it was clear from the outset that we would be able to work together.
‘This is an exciting and challenging period of rapid expansion for taylorcocks and the key to our continued success will be to merge with similar, like-minded firms.’
Both Eden Wood and taylorcocks are now working closely together on all aspects of the merger to ensure that their integration will be as seamless as possible.
Taylorcocks’ commitment to improve efficiency and the value of its services was highlighted last year when it was named as Xero’s ‘Emerging Partner of the Year’ at the XeroCon event in October 2017.
