Taylorcocks and Russell New Merge
In a move that significantly increases its expertise and consolidates its presence in the South East, taylorcocks has merged with West Sussex based Russell New.
Russell New provides a broad range of specialist advice, including strategic commercial consultancy, start-ups, acquisitions and mergers, corporate restructuring and tax planning and has an extensive client base across the Home Counties.
The merger is the latest in taylorcocks’ continued strategy of expansion which has seen the firm increase its operations to a total of 12 offices in London and the South East as well as the Midlands and South West.
Russell New is one of the UK’s leading specialists in the charity and independent education sectors.
