Jordan began his accountancy career at the age of 17 working for a small firm in the East Midlands. His career progressed when he joined another small firm in the centre of Nottingham, at which he prepared audits alongside the partner for an array of firms in sectors including, recruitment, manufacturing and charities.

Jordan spent nine years working with the Nottingham-based firm, dealing with SMEs and OMBs to help build their business on an advisory level and assist them in their growth. During his time at this firm, Jordan built strong client relationships and gained his AAT and ACA qualifications and audit qualification from the ICAEW.

An opportunity arose in 2017 for Jordan to join a large Lincolnshire-based firm as a team manager, where he shadowed the director and his portfolios. This role provided Jordan with corporate-level accountancy experience, and he developed an understanding of working with larger clients who required much more intricate and in-depth advice.

In 2018 Jordan was approached by Trevor Shaw at TC Group’s East Midlands office to join the team as a relationship manager, where he made Partner this year.

On accepting his new role at TC Group, Jordan says “I’m honoured to be a Partner at TC Group and look forward to the challenges ahead as we continue to grow the East Midlands office.”

If you would like to congratulate Jordan on his new role or require assistance from the East Midlands office, please contact TC Group on the main number: 0330 088 7111
