BRISTOL OFFICE EXPANSION

TC Group has significantly expanded its operation in the South West by merging with Keynsham based Grafton Jones.

The merger brings an additional 11 staff into TC’s existing Keynsham office, and provides them with a further location in Chippenham.

TC has significantly grown over the last two years with offices across the South East, South West, Midlands and East Yorkshire, and recently became the first UK accountancy firm to offer a full range of investment, mortgage, legal and HR advice.

The new acquisition consolidates the group’s official position as the UK’s fastest growing Top 60 accountancy firm.

Grafton Jones’s managing partner, Roger Grafton, is optimistic that the expanded operation will enable more rapid growth and offer clients an even greater range of services.

He said:  ‘The merger with TC and our move into their Keynsham offices enables us both to drive our business forward and offer many more services, which will henceforth extend across investment and mortgage advice, legal and HR.

‘TC shares our values and exceeded expectations when it came to looking for a merger partner. It was important to us that any partner could continue our tradition for excellent service, application of skills and knowledge, while at the same time maintaining an environment that our clients and associates want to be part of.’

Commented TC’s managing partner, Richard Keyes:  ‘Grafton Jones has a well-established reputation both locally and further afield.

‘This merger significantly boosts our ability to service clients across Bristol and the South West and reflects perfectly our strategy of seeking like-minded firms with whom to merge.’
