TC has again expanded its presence in the South of England following a merger with Christchurch-based accountancy practice, Filer Knapper, to form ‘TC Filer Knapper’.
Last year, TC entered the accountancy Top 40 in the UK, jumping 14 places to 34. TC also recently became the first UK accountancy firm in the country to offer a full range of investment, mortgage, legal and HR advice.
Filer Knapper is an accountancy practice that has been successfully helping businesses and individuals make the most of their finances for over 70 years. While most clients are local, their client base stretches to London and further afield, each receiving an in-person service that goes beyond the ordinary.
Filer Knapper’s proactive approach enables business owners to have the time to focus on the core facets of their business while helping them to plan growth and exit strategies. Individuals seeking their support can rest assured that they will receive the best possible expert advice to the benefit of themselves and their families.
The partners at Filer Knapper collectively say: “We are very excited to be leading Filer Knapper into the next stage of its 70-year journey and to be joining TC group. This is a great opportunity for us to share in the depth of knowledge, expertise and structure a larger group offers our clients and our team. We look forward to working together with TC for the benefit of our clients and staff for many years to come.”
Steve Beaumont and Zoe Mowlem, partners at TC Group, comment jointly: “Filer Knapper is a well-established practice with a history that goes back more than seven decades. This merger significantly boosts our presence in Christchurch, Bournemouth and the surrounding areas. The team at Filer Knapper have spent their careers committed to building strong working relationships and providing first-class services to their clients. Their clients can be safe in the knowledge this will continue at TC Filer Knapper.”
We are also very grateful to WJP Brokerage Limited, who recognised the potential synergy between us and made the initial introduction.”
