Accounts Semi Senior
Mimosa’s newly AAT qualified and joins us as an Accounts Semi-Senior, bringing with her a solid foundation in accountancy.
Mimosa is dedicated to supporting our clients and enhancing our financial operations making her a valuable addition to our team.
Shaun Bolton
Accounts Semi-Senior
Shaun’s AAT qualified and joined the firm as an Accounts Semi-Senior. He has several years of experience of dealing with clients in a variety of different sectors and industries.
Sajida Yasmin
Tax Senior
Sajida’s a BA (Hons) in Accounting & Finance graduate and also ATT qualified. She has been working in general practice in the field of Tax since 1998.
She joined the firm as Tax Senior in October 2019 and her role involves preparing Tax Returns and P11D’s.
Rebecca Taylor
Accountant
Beccy joined the firm in 2012 and is AAT qualified with over 15 years of accounts experience. Her role includes preparation and completion of limited company accounts, bookkeeping, VAT returns and management accounts.
Rachel O’Donnell
Tax & Accounts Senior
Rachel joined the firm in 2012 as a senior accountant, ATT and MAAT qualified. She has since developed her knowledge to include personal and corporate tax compliance.
She is a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians and the Association of Accounting Technicians. Through her varied taxation role, Rachel has gained valuable experience and continues to expand her overall tax knowledge with a particular interest in Trusts and Estates.
Michael Dolman
Senior Audit Manager
Michael’s an experienced professional, ACCA and AAT qualified. With over several years of experience in accountancy, Michael excels in leading comprehensive audit assignments.
He brings a fresh perspective to enhance business controls and supports clients across various sectors, with a particular focus on manufacturing.
Lisa Broadhead
Marketing & Business Development Manager
Lisa re-joined the firm in 2021, as Marketing & Business Development Manager working at both our Derby and Nottingham offices.
Lisa’s role involves managing the marketing activity of the Nottingham and Derby offices, working closely with our directors and focusing on the promotion of our business.
Suzanne Hollander
Tax Director
Suzanne joined TC Farnell Clarke in 2019, having previously managed tax teams at other regional accountancy firms. Her background’s primarily in private client tax work, including trusts and estates.
Suzanne’s a Chartered Tax Advisor and has driven the growth of TC Farnell Clarke’s private client service offering, as well as leading tax planning and advisory projects.
With over 20 years’ experience, Suzanne’s committed to providing clients with collaborative ideas and tax-efficient solutions to enable them to meet their objectives.
James Kay
Partner
James joined TC Farnell Clarke in 2016. With experience in both financial and operational roles at a senior level, James has overseen the development of the people, structure, and processes to manage the growth of the business.
James is now responsible for the overall strategy of TC Farnell Clarke, ensuring the business maintains it’s reputation for excellent levels of client service, whilst being a great place to work.
Tim Buttifant
Accounting and Advisory Director
Tim’s worked in the accounting industry for over 10 years. Qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2018 and joining TC Farnell Clarke in 2022, Tim now serves as Accounts and Advisory Director for the Norwich office.
With a strong foundation in technical accounting, audit, accounts advisory, and tax services, Tim brings valuable insights into owner-managed businesses and charities. His expertise extends beyond numbers, providing strategic guidance and practical solutions that drive meaningful growth for both clients and colleagues.
Frances Kay
Partner
Frances has been a key part of TC Farnell Clarke since 2013, becoming a Principal Director and shareholder in 2015. An ACCA-qualified professional, Frances specialises in finance system transformation, leading projects that modernise and optimise financial processes for both clients and internal operations.
She’s passionate about harnessing cutting-edge technology to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and develop scalable, repeatable solutions.
Alongside her transformation work, Frances plays a vital role in business development, driving growth and strengthening relationships. She’s also committed to continuous improvement, refining client experience, delivery processes, and team development to ensure TC Farnell Clarke remains at the forefront of innovation in financial services.
Will Farnell
Partner
Will founded Farnell Clarke in 2007 before partnering with TC Group in March 2025 to become TC Farnell Clarke. Having previously worked within a Big Four firm, Will wanted to be a different kind of accounting firm. He saw an opportunity to utilise technology to drive efficiency and change the way accounting services could be delivered to clients.
This led to Farnell Clarke being one of the first 100%-cloud practices in the world.
Will now uses the experiences acquired as a tech-driven firm to support other firms moving to a digital-based strategy. He’s regarded as one of the UK’s foremost thought leaders and speakers on accounting tech and the changing landscape and environment currently driving the accounting profession.
Will is author of ‘The Digital Firm’, and ‘The Human Firm’ blueprints for digital transformation and enhanced client experience within an accounting firm and is a regular engaging speaker and advocate for some of the leading UK and global accounting tech brands.
Emily Deakin
Client Services Director
Emily has a passion for meeting and helping new people. Having previously worked at both Top 20 and much smaller firms, it became clear to her that she achieved the most satisfaction and enjoyment from helping business owners and their teams achieve their goals.
Her key responsibility as Client Services Director at TC Farnell Clarke is to ensure our clients are receiving an excellent experience by delivering our services using best working practices, technology, and processes.
Andy Nichols
Business Advisory Partner
Andy’s a Business Advisory Partner. He has over 20 years’ experience in client facing financial service roles, including 10 years in commercial banking.
He trained as an accountant with a Yorkshire-based practice, working with clients across a broad spectrum of industries and now uses his extensive experience and professional network to help and advise our client base.
Away from the office, Andy has three children and is at his happiest behind a barbecue or out walking with his dogs.
