TC Group named Service Charge Accountancy Firm of the Year 2026

There was glitz. There was glamour. There was an iconic London skyline. There was a heatwave. And there was plenty of anticipation.

On Friday, 19 June, our Service Charge team made their way to Old Billingsgate as The Property Institute’s (TPI) ACE Awards returned for its annual celebration of excellence in property management. This year’s theme, ‘Midnight at the Fairground’, promised an evening of elegance and wonder, bringing together the very best professionals from across the sector.

As the TPI puts it, recognition, visibility and team pride are at the heart of the awards.

For our team, there was an added sense of excitement.

Having been recognised by the judges year after year as winners, finalists, and highly commended, they took their seats amongst industry peers to find out whether 2026 would add another chapter to their incredible ACE Awards success story…

Then came the announcement.

The award recognises the exceptional expertise, dedication and client service delivered by our Service Charge team – a team that has grown to become the UK’s largest specialist residential service charge accounting team, supporting more than 200 managing agents and over 7,500 service charge accounts every year.

Perhaps what makes this win so special is what it represents. Not just a single evening’s success, but many years of commitment, continuous improvement, teamwork and resilience. It’s undeniable proof of what can be achieved when talented people work together with a shared focus on delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.
