We have an exciting opportunity for a temporary Receptionist / Administrator for 6 months in our Sussex office.  Key responsibilities are:

  • assisting reception with meeting and greeting visitors; answering the telephone and directing calls
  • scanning and distribution of incoming post; scanning and franking all outgoing post
  • typing; copy and audio including letters, accounts and reports
  • maintaining office systems including scanning and archiving client records and updating libraries
  • general administrative support to fee earning staff

This position is temporary for a period of 6 months with a possibility of it becoming permanent, although no guarantees are given.

 Knowledge & Experience:

  • 1 years’ experience in a similar role
  • excellent IT skills including Word and Excel
  • excellent telephone manner
  • well organised with a keen sense of accuracy and attention to detail
  • awareness of confidentiality and need for discretion
  • good verbal and written English communication skills
  • smart appearance
