Our central team have an excellent opportunity for a SQL Data Analyst to join them. This can be based from home, or working from any of our TC offices.  If you have a preference for a particular office, this can be discussed.

Working closely with Partners, you will take a lead role in the acquisition process to migrate data and systems into TC systems as well as training the newly acquired staff.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • maintenance, operation, and support of company-wide internal systems
  • planning and ownership of data migration processes related to acquisition and on-boarding of new businesses
  • leading the planning and rollout of new system implementations, when appropriate
  • helping the business to extract key information to support decision making
  • supervision and management of data quality
  • technical support for colleagues managing financial reporting and forecasting processes.

 

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • 5+ years’ on-the-job experience of working in a Microsoft SQL Data Analyst (or equivalent) role
  • good understanding of Visual Basic and Microsoft Excel
  • excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
  • ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of tasks assigned, ensuring they’re completed in agreed timescale
  • able to prioritise workload according to deadlines
  • good communication skills as the role will involve some interaction with all levels of staff within the business
  • experience of working in the Fintech industry beneficial although not essential
