We are currently looking for a full time Receptionist / Administrator in our Clacton-on-Sea office. Key responsibilities include:

  • working on reception, meeting and greeting visitors
  • handling post
  • scanning and uploading documents using practice software
  • managing meeting room bookings
  • ordering stationery
  • general office duties

Knowledge & Experience:

  • 12 months’ professional office experience
  • professional telephone manner
  • IT Skills
  • a good understanding of Microsoft Office
