We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager / PA to provide maternity cover in our Henley-on Thames office for approximately 9 to 12 months starting in October 2019.  Key responsibilities are:

  • Diary management
  • Organising meetings/conference calls
  • Organising and booking travel arrangements
  • Preparing and sending formal documents
  • Submitting final accounts to Companies House
  • Dealing with correspondence and queries
  • Supervising post incoming and outgoing
  • Managing database
  • Ordering/purchasing stationery and office supplies
  • Managing archiving and client records
  • Assisting with Partner’s expenses
  • Training, induction of new staff members
  • Organising team activities
  • Other ad hoc duties as requested

 Knowledge & Experience:

  • 1 year’s experience as an Office Manager or PA
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise work
  • Attention to detail


  • Salary £27,000 to £30,000 per annum dependent on experience
