Our Henley-on-Thames office has an excellent opportunity for an Office Administrator to join them in May / June time. This can either on a full time or part time basis (min 3 days a week).

Key responsibilities of the role are:  

  • organising meetings / conference calls
  • preparing and sending letters and documents
  • dealing with correspondence and queries
  • processing incoming and outgoing post
  • database data entry
  • filing and archiving documents
  • general administrative support
  • assisting the Partners with ad-hoc projects as directed


We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • GCSE in Maths and English – equivalent to Grade C/4 or above
  • professional telephone manner
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good IT Skills and understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • motivated with strong organisational skills



  • £19,000 – £22,000 per annum depending on experience
  • 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday. Will consider part time (min 3 days a week)
