We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Payroll Administrator in our Keynsham office. Key responsibilities include:

  • assisting payroll manager with portfolio of payroll clients
  • dealing with payroll queries and answering queries from clients and our internal teams via email and telephone
  • communicating with HMRC on payroll matters
  • assisting with pension reporting and maintaining pension data for payroll clients
  • managing a centralised inbox i.e. assigning emails to the correct point of contact for payroll seniors
  • documenting all the emails using CCH software
  • greet and welcome clients as soon as they arrive at the office
  • working as part of the admin team supporting with general office duties

Knowledge and Experience:

  • GCSE in Maths and English, Grade A-C
  • previous payroll or admin experience would be advantageous
  • good IT skills including Outlook and Excel
  • a good understanding of Microsoft Office
