We are looking for a Junior Office Administrator to join our team in Keynsham. Key responsibilities are:

  • first point of contact for clients visiting the offices
  • typing and secretarial support
  • ordering stationery supplies and ensuring supplies are kept in stock
  • processing incoming and outgoing post
  • providing support to all departments
  • scanning in records
  • daily banking
  • general day to day duties


We are looking for the following knowledge and experience:

  • previous office experience is an advantage but not essential
  • basic computer skills are essential, together with good communication skills, both written and spoken
  • GCSE Grade B (or equivalent) or above in English and Maths
  • an all-rounder who takes pride in providing a quality welcome and efficient service
  • strong work ethic and enjoy working as part of a small team
  • able to demonstrate initiative and willingness to learn
  • positive self-motivated attitude
