We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Admin Apprentice to progress their career within our firm in our Beverley office. The candidate will be expected to complete a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship course as part of their employment. A minimum requirement of qualifications for this position are GCSEs including Math’s and English at grades 4 or above, as well as 2 A Levels in any chosen subject. Confidence with software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is also required.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • assisting reception with meeting and greeting clients
  • answering incoming telephone calls
  • transferring calls
  • dealing with company formations
  • on boarding new clients
  • taking and relaying messages, accurately and promptly, where appropriate
  • general administrative support
  • scanning documents and electronically filing
  • processing invoices
  • money laundering process – completing documents
  • assisting with payroll


We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • professional telephone manner
  • excellent IT skills
  • a good understanding of Microsoft Office
  • efficient with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • motivated team player
  • highly personable with good communication skills


A generous remuneration package includes:

  • salary £12,000 per annum or in line with National Minimum Wage
  • full time hours – 37.5 per week, worked Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
