We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Admin Apprentice to progress their career within our firm in our Beverley office. The candidate will be expected to complete a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship course as part of their employment. A minimum requirement of qualifications for this position are GCSEs including Math’s and English at grades 4 or above, as well as 2 A Levels in any chosen subject. Confidence with software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is also required.
Key responsibilities will include:
- assisting reception with meeting and greeting clients
- answering incoming telephone calls
- transferring calls
- dealing with company formations
- on boarding new clients
- taking and relaying messages, accurately and promptly, where appropriate
- general administrative support
- scanning documents and electronically filing
- processing invoices
- money laundering process – completing documents
- assisting with payroll
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- professional telephone manner
- excellent IT skills
- a good understanding of Microsoft Office
- efficient with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- motivated team player
- highly personable with good communication skills
A generous remuneration package includes:
- salary £12,000 per annum or in line with National Minimum Wage
- full time hours – 37.5 per week, worked Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
